Jon Berrie - Trainer
(BKin) Jon has been in the fitness industry for 6 years, working mainly as a personal trainer but also facilitating group exercise and mindfulness meditation classes. He has a degree in kinesiology and health science and is a certified personal trainer, functional movement specialist and mindfulness meditation specialist. Jon believes that the trainer-client relationship is of utmost importance and he approaches each individual client differently and based on their own needs, addressing mind, body and spirit. He is passionate about helping you reach your goals, whatever they may be.
Jon is certified as a Personal Trainer Specialist by Canadian Fitness Professionals (canfitpro), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and has his Mindfulness Meditation Specialist Certificate from the University of Toronto.
Jack Tang - Physiotherapist
(MScPT, B.Sc.Kin.) Jack is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through education and therapy. His experience includes working with seniors, adults and athletes, in both hospital and clinic environments – assessing orthopedic injuries and providing one on one care. His approach to treatment primarily involves manual therapy, exercise prescription, education and acupuncture, as appropriate.
Jack lives a very active and healthy lifestyle. He has 6 years of combined experience in sports as an athlete and coach on both national and varsity levels. Favourite activities of Jack’s include water polo, cycling, running and rock climbing.
DOM HANLON - Trainer
(CPTN) Dom Hanlon is a Certified Personal Trainer, an accredited Martial Arts Instructor and a Health Sciences Student at George Brown College. His aim is to provide structured and disciplined fitness programs while being supportive, encouraging and up-beat.
Dom has knowledge and experience of program design and execution for individuals of all capabilities. He holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Professor Shawn Williams, trained Muay Thai with Kru Shawn Cole, and has over 7 years of experience teaching martial arts and self-defense to both beginners and competitive athletes. He has practiced a wide variety of sports; competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, baseball, soccer, track and field, skiing, running, and hockey, while recreationally enjoying rock climbing, cycling, football and swimming.
Dom is very passionate about seeing people move toward a more full experience (either in their preferred activity or everyday life) through a foundation of good health, strength and confidence. His appeal as a coach and trainer is his ability to use strength and cardiovascular training to improve sport specific activity and, conversely, to use sport specific training to improve strength and cardiovascular health.
Greg mulholland - RMT
(CMTO - CTCMPAO) My treatments follow an intuitive and integrative East-meets-West style of approach towards holistic health. Inspired by my own healing process of more than 10 years, my career has evolved toward the role of a multiple-disciplinary health practitioner. I graduated from the Shiatsu Therapy Diploma program at Shiatsu School of Canada in 2010 and since then I've completed diplomas in both Registered Massage Therapy Diploma and TCM Acupuncture Therapy. Currently, I am a candidate in the midst of board examinations as I prepare to enter the Ontario Colleges of Massage (CMTO) and Acupuncture (CTCMPAO). From the beginning of my training it has been my personal goal to seek harmony between the polarized dichotomy perceived to exist between Eastern and Western medical theories. I strive to share the benefits of my training and guide others toward further understanding and awareness that enhances communication between body, mind and spirit.

Ian Elliot - Functional Training & yoga
Beginning with several years of seated meditation alongside exploration of Bhakti and Karma yoga, eventually moving into the physical practice of asana, Ian has been practicing yoga since 2004, and dedicatedly sharing his experience with students since 2012. Having come to yoga asana via a longstanding back injury, understanding the need for anatomically sound alignment and movement principles, Ian offers adaptive practices that are equally challenging, light-hearted and compassionate, providing students the means to sustainably explore and evolve their inherent potential and wisdom. Strongly rooted in meditative breath awareness and the interplay of movement and stillness, his classes are aimed at cultivating and refiningsthira (stability) and sukha (ease), both on and off the mat. Trail running, strength training and participation in Axis Syllabus movement science workshops have expanded his understanding and offerings beyond rote postural sequencing, embracing and instructing yoga as a truly living tradition. Ian is also a certified Earth Shiatsu™ Therapist, practicing since 2009, and actively exploring the connections between yoga and this healing modality.
Jason Gee - Owner
(BPHE, CSCS) is a leading personal trainer in Toronto and in the Greater Toronto Area. He is the founder of Personal Fitness Consulting since 1997. His goal is to provide the most convenient and the best training service for all his clients.
He motivates and promotes wellness through tailored exercise regime and educated choices in healthy eating. He believes that every client is unique and every client can benefit from his expertise whether it is to gain strength due to health concerns; or to get active ;or reach a personal fitness goal. His mantra is “everybody can achieve higher health and fitness goals; the key is to take the first step and to continue building a momentum.”
Along with his 15 years of personal training experience, he achieved an honours degree in physical and health education from the University of Toronto. In order to serve his clients better, he also successfully completed certifications from – American Council of Exercise (ACE), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and the most current certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
In addition to his certifications, he was a cardiopulmonary exercise leader at the Toronto Rehab Centre (Rumsey Centre) where he provided ongoing exercise programming and lifestyle management to cardiovascular patients.
